I ordered their free trial and was to pay only shipping. I called them on May 2 and cancelled any future orders and told them not to charge my credit card. They assured me they would not and I didn't have to do anything further. I received the via email:

They charged my checking account visa at the very same time and date as is stated on the cancellation notice. The notice clearly states: "your subscription status has been recently updated and any ongoing or all future charges have been cancelled as per your request." How can they do this? They said I could return the product and get a refund, but they should have never charged me to begin with. How do I rectify this? Is there a way all of us can get together and make them pay this back?
