This company slammed my cell phone, claiming I signed up for their service. I didn't, and by the time I realized they were charging me $9.99/mo. I was out 120.00. Unfortunately I didn't check more often and now I'm stuck. When I called them they said since I had agreed to their terms (I didn't) I wouldn't get a refund. I asked to speak to a supervisor and wasn't allowed. I was given an address in Wilmington, DE. I'm about to write to them, but on the blogs I've read about others in my situation, and don't have much hope. Their letters have been returned as undeliverable. It's criminal what these people do, and it stinks that we can't do more to stop them.
