This company is a BIG SCAM—got charges on my US Cell bill that I NEVER signed up for.
Was told by US Cell that there was nothing they could do that I would have to contact MY Mobile Care—That was a joke, the lady was rude and told me they had proof I opted in to receive their messages and that I would have to write the company—since they didn't have a phone number&a texting company without a phone #&give me a break. Anyway I wrote to the address given me: My Mobile Care 1521 Concorcord Pike; Ste 301, Wilmington, DE 19803 Well guess what th, e letter was returned today as not deliverable and unable to forward.
Fortunatley, I was finallyable to work with US Cellular and they forgave the charges. I urge everyone to call their cell provider and have these kind of scam companys blocked. They are making millions off people and need to be shut down TODAY. I filed a complaint with the FCC and the Deleware Better Business Bureau also and pray that they can do something to stop this from continueing to happen
