This is another one of the HUNDREDS of SPOOFED (Faked/covering up the REAL number which is probably coming from overseas) Phone number with the tired old 'lower your interest rate' SCAM. This is a phishing scam to steal credit card numbers and commit id theft. They called us tonight, the SECOND CALL from this scam today (other number was 509-293-3262) offering 'lowered interest rates.' Recording starts as answering machine picks up and STOPS when the beep sounds indicating it is RECORDING because these THIEVES don't want EVIDENCE against them. Caller ID on THIS call said "Financial CTR"; call earlier today said just "Out-of-Area." BOTH are probably generated from same source; foreign-based THIEVES.
