A tip re: claiming from Paypal: be sure to call them to request reimbursement for your tracking cost to China. The shower cap I received instead of the Cole Haan shoes ($99.99) cost another $38.00 for the tracking required by Paypal. If you don't call them to request it as soon as get the tracking number, it will cost you.
