My order was defect upon receipt. I was disconnected twice by their customer service department when I refused shipment of a replacement and asked for a refund. I shipped the defective order and it was signed for by someone there on 9/12. I called on 9/18 and customer service informed me that their system did not have the returned acknowledge yet so they could not process my refund.
