Poor Customer Service

I placed an order and then called to cancel the order within 10 minutes. Their poor order tracking system apparently could not cancel the order and I received the shipment anyway. They have now shipped another order to me which I do not want and they will not refund the entire amount including shipping to me. Customer service is very unfriendly and quite frankly this is a scam to sell product.
