They took £4 from my account on 28/08 saying they would send the product. I have never received anything. On 13/09 they took £87 out of my account without my knowledge and still they have not sent anything. I phoned customer services who agreed to rfund me and sent me an email saying I have been refunded as he could see I had not been sent anything. I still have not been refunded so called customer services again today and they said they will not refund me as I have been sent the product. I asked when it was sent and he said 13/09. The day they e mailed me to say they have refunded they sent out the product and now will not refund me!!
