I paid $1.99 for the Dazzle White teeth whitening gel. Then a week later without my knowledge or permission they charged my credit card $87.62. They said I had to cancel my account and return the product before I can get a refund. I sent the product back and on November 22nd they said they refunded the money back to my credit card however; as of today December 8th I have not received the refund.

Today I was charged without my knowledge or permission $24.13 from their affiliate company World Fit. They said I can cancel my account so I will no longer be charged any money and unfortunately they can not refund me my $24.13 because I agreed to have it taken out when I ordered the Dazzle White product which I did not!

I contacted my bank and they said they can not do anything to get the charges taken off. They said the only thing I can do is cancel my cc and get a new one so Dazzle White and its affiliates can not take out any more money from my account.

I am so frustrated and I want to start or be apart of a class action lawsuit so, please let me know if one is started.
