I signed up to receive a "free" bottle of LeanLookRX for $3.95 for shipping and handling charges. The website which I signed up on said that I would be signing up for a auto ship program and that if I did not want the product when I received it that all I would have to do is send it back, and send an email requesting a refund, and I would get a full refund. I sent back the product and sent three email messages requesting my refund, which I got no response on.

Then today, to my surprise I received another bottle of LeanLookRX with it containing another packing list stating that I would be paying ANOTHER $115.15 plus $8.25 tax. I immediately went on the internet to find out some information. I happened to come accross these consumer complaintss and found MANY for this product. I was stunned at some of the stories, and on one of the stories there was a phone number which I immediately called. I actually got through to someone and I explained the situation, she gave me a cancellation number and told me that I could only get refunded my money for the 2nd bottle which was sent to me! I told her there was no way I was paying for the first bottle which I had already sent back UNOPENED! She told me she would have to forward my refund request to the corporate office to get refunded for all the bottles. She said that they would be contacting me to let me know the status of the refund.

We will see if I ever get my refund, but I will be notifying my bank as well to tell them I want the money refunded asap and I refuse to allow any more charges from this company on my account. I suggest you do the same. Good luck... I know I'll need it!
