IMS Vacations
What a stressful rip off!

I dealt with Fun and Sun Getaways which books through IMS Vacations and I too had a horrible time. I could not get a confirmation number. Was being told that I would not get one until within 60 days of my arrival date. Was told that the hotel we were booking would not give them one to give us until then. Finally told them they had 4 hours to get my confirmation number or I would cancel the charges on my credit card and would report them for fraudulent credit card transaction. Well within an hour we received an email from IMS Vacations stating they were refunding my credit card. NEVER deal with either IMS Vacations or Fun and Sun getaways!!! Called the credit card company and they have reassured me that I will not be responsible for the charges and they will be reporting this company.
