Have you seen this dead beat dad? He lives in Batavia, Ohio with his parents, William Sr & Patricia Cook at 1564 Clough Pike Batavia, Ohio 45103. He has also been known to live with his girlfriend, Carla M Brady, at 475 Picadilly Square Apt A Cincinnati Ohio 45255. His parents as well as his girlfriend keeps him heavily protected and hidden.

He owes his son $16,545.00 as of 10/01. He hasn't made a payment since 06/23. He has been ordered by the Clermont County Domestic Court to pay $545.00 plus $101.01 on arrearage each month. From 02/24 to 09/02, he as been to court 9 times for contempt of court, only to go before the same magistrate and have his case either continued or closed due to false promises to pay.

He is employed as a mechanic by Phil Varney at Tuffy Auto Service located at 7877 Beechmont Ave Cincinnati, Ohio 45255 with a listed phone number of 513-474-7735. When the Clermont County Support Enforcement Agency contacted the above employer they were told that he is no longer working there, but we have found out that he is still working there and getting paid under the table so as not to get his pay garnished.

He is also on probation for the next 5 years for a felony drug possession/abuse charge and it clearly states in his court documents that upon release of the drug half-way house on 09/08 that he must start making and continue making child support payments or be held in contempt of court and face up to 3 yrs in prison.

When contacting the Clermont County Child Support Enforcement agency and letting them know about the conditions of his parole I was told that IF they could get his parole officer to make him abide by his release conditions, as well as get him in front of a different magistrate, we might be able to have his parole revoked and he be punished for contempt.
