Ripoff, dishonest, lied too, jd byrider is suing me because I gave their car back, sold me a run-down car

I purchased a 1996 Pontiac Grand Am at 5201 W. Glendale, AZ 85301 for the price of 8879.32 I gave 1100 down on 8-5-02. When I signed the contract they video taped me saying that I excepted the agreement. The same day I took the car out the lot it over heated. Since that day I had to be taking the car in for radiator, intake manifold gaskets, water pump, electrical problems, brake rotors, belts, used rebuilt trany, and whether I missed a day or not from work I had to pay the bi-wkly payments of 146.54 if not the car would have been repo and that was my only transportation that I had, eventhough jdbyrider had the car most of the time because of repairs and I had to pay for those expenses. The car kept breaking down every month until on 2-16-04 the car over heated again and it would not start; the starter. I called jdbyrider & advised that I would no longer pay for a unreliable car; quite the opposite of what the vehicle repair statement said"Vehicles sold by JD Byrider are pre-owned vehicles. They have been inspected & determined to be reliable. "unquote. On 10-4-04, my husband & I were served; we were being sued for the amount of 6632.05 & my husband was not even on the contract.
