Robert (Bob) Paul Roberts Has been able to dodge Support Enforcement for 7 years

The dead beat did attempt to kill me in front of our four kids, this was the end of an almost 15 year marriage. He spent some time in jail for the attack, but was allowed work release. This prevented him from paying support from the beginning.

Now after working with Support Enforcement since he is being allowed to continue to go into arrears. He is approximately behind $56,000.

Because of the system, he goes into arrears between $600 to $800 per month.

He has defaulted on at least three payment plans. He pays as little as $50 to keep his CDL driver's license from being suspended. The prosecuting attorney's office of Spokane county refused to pursue contempt of court because he is "paying something" and has a "valid employer".

Mr. Dead Beat is a truck driver. He has remarried and I have heard she drives as well. If they drive as a team, I believe he can divert his income through his wife. Support Enforcement does not have the authority to pursue, they have to send the case to the Attorney's office for consideration. This was done, but the Prosecuting Attoney declined it.

I am told Support Enforcement can do no more. Mr. Dead Beat has made it his mission NOT to pay, I am making it mine to expose him for the dead beat he is.

From my stand point, the Prosecuting Attorney's office is aiding and abetting his ability to get away with not paying court ordered support.

The dead beats are laughing at the judicial system because they are allowed to get away with paying mimimal amounts to retain their driver's licenses and do not face any consequences that impact them, while the single custodial parent continues to work hard and struggles to support their kids.

We need some law changes and I have some recommendations. Get back to advertising in the local communities where they live. Set up an arena that they are court ordered to appear in stay in a fenced area in the town square with banners stating "I refuse to support my kids"

I would make it a point to view the non complient parent show every time it came around.
