I purchased a telephone online from them samsung galaxy prevail which doesnt work properly i went to the boost mobile store in my area and they told me the phone had been discontinued because so many people were having trouble out of them so them knowing this on there online store they are still selling people the phones knowing they dont work i paid 55.00 for service with them plus the cost of the phone and they tell me ithey cant refund my money because they didnt make the phone even though the phone was made for them and they are selling them
