Customer dissatisfaction Attitudes from the top manager to the Sales, Service, promises made did not keep "I call you when its ready". Bought a used car there. They damage it before I got it off the lot. Was told to bring it back after the sale three days later to get fixed. They had the car the whole day, no phone call. When I called about the car they said they had to order the part and they would not take care of anything else because " they did not make enough money off of me". Brought it back a week later for the part they replaced it. Notice that there was an additional 20 miles on the car. But no phone call telling me it was done. Promised to detail the car from purchase they finally agreed and when they did "detail" they broke the air vent and would not fix it. The detail job was a car wash and vac only. Found a gouge in my bumper after picking it up. Said they would fix it for $500.00. I get eight oil free changes for purchasing a car there. I am not going to use them. I do not trust them.

Took car to dealership for oil change they found that the car is unsafe to drive due to frame damage. Looks like someone ran over a huge rock or something. Frame had to be repaired $2800.00 THEY SOLD ME A UNSAFE CAR that had a clean CARFAX. I didn’t bother talking to these guys about it. Run away from this dealer. No matter what you do. The cost of frustration and money has made me sick. I should sue them, but I have already spent too much money, time (a week to fix) and don’t have the energy to fight these guys. Don’t get screwed like me go somewhere else.
