I wish to report a con man who sells worthless properties in Syracuse NY and Orlando Florida with intent to deceive and steel peoples money. The Man, s name is Simon Cain Slee of Americandreaminvestments.net. We went to him 3 years ago when we where looking for a Property in the United States. He sold us a lie saying how Syracuse is a great upcoming place and the Properties there are good investments. So we went over and viewed Houses with his supposed rep most likely a partner in his con. We brought what looked like A nice Property. He said it needed very little repairs no more than $3000 and that a great firm called A@M Properties LLC will take care of this and manage and rent it quick all seemed really great at the TIME.in fact we got a much Larger bill from A@M and in fact they damaged the property instead of repairing it in order to do more work and thus get all your rent and we sent more on top. Also when we received the deed from the attorney the final Price was different to what we paid 35.000 with $4000 fees it said 32.000. Mr slee never replies to emails on that issue. Also We asked for a full survey in writing something I will use against him. We found a year down the line that the Place was full of lead paint a illegal substance since 1978. He never did a full survey only a walk through that failed to find the led paint. We would never have brought if we new of the lead paint. Its illegal to not disclose Lead paint and it cost thousands to put right plus his great management Company A@M just rip people off left right and center its a scandal. This firm should be reported to the US law enforcement and the IRS something I am working on as I speak. I invite any victims to join me in trapping and stopping these crooks. Also in reality Syracuse is a bad place to invest as it has crime issues and other problems keep away I say. He also sells in Orlando under the name the Property store god noes how many he has ripped off there but it must be stopped.
