Fraudulent technical support

I had been approached by telephone (cold-called) with a guy who explained my notebook (my boyis) had a large number of infections & numerous documents which were acutely bad for the computer. I had been totally surprised since he'd just had the notebook for 5 weeks, purchased completely new. It currently had antivirus security mounted from the business I've employed for ten years. The person provided specialized assistance support that will eliminate all infections & dangerous documents, in addition to the capability to get extra tech support team anytime, evening or evening, as frequently as-needed - to get a charge, obviously. He also stated that I'd be called occasionally to ensure everything was ok. I've never seen from their website again & can't appear to consult with anybody when I contact - I am usually moved repeatedly & positioned on "final" store. The computer has failed & I am attempting to contain it fixed, when possible. The corporation is just a LARGE FRAUD!!! I'll possibly be out countless bucks (if it may be fixed), or even more than one thousand bucks (easily need to purchase a new notebook)!!!
