The store has a VIP card. You purchase ten bags of dog food and you get a coupon for a free one. I have four dogs. I purchase a $54 THIRTY POUND bag of Wellness about every 5 weeks. I've had NOTHING but problems with these people. They'll send me a coupon for a 15 pound bag of food. I have to argue and fight every single time. This time around, I've been waiting since JUNE to get a coupon. Each time I or someone from the store calls, we get a different story. I'm still waiting. Once I get this coupon, they've seen the last of me. I have purchased numerous dog beds, crates, strollers and untold bags and cans of both dog and cat food over the years. I won't deal with such shoddy customer treatment. Don't bother trying to use their VIP card to your advantage. It's a scam.
