I ordered the complete box set of sue thomas fb eye for my disabled son from sky dvd i was sent an email saying delivery would be within 3 to 6 weeks i sent them an email as i hadnt received them i was told customs had released them as they had to pay an extra $18 dollars and it was with my local carrier 2 weeks later still havent arrived i sent another email saying i hadnt got them i got a email back saying they would express me another set out im not holding my breath son is so dissapointed
