Temp-tations
Buytemptations.com ordered product paid extra for 3 to 5 day delivery not being delivered for 2 weeks they said expited fed x and sent it groung ups was lied to by 3 supervisers and treated very badly

I placed an order with Temp-tations cookware. They told me they could send me the product in 3 to 5 days when I paid 10 dollors more for fed ex expidited delivery I added that cost to my order. When I didint get any email conformation I called them back and was told it would be 2 to 4 days longer no reason. I got my email on the day the lady who took my order and my money said I should get the product it said delivery in 2 to 3 weeks. Called them back they said the was nothing they could do about it. Too late for Christmas and too late to to order anything else for my daughters Christmas present. If they hadnt lied to me every time I called them I would have just found something else to get my daughter. The really bad thing was their customer service they could not tell me why everyone lies about the shipping and told me there was nothing they would do.
