On the 28.08.2012 they sent me an email saying they have shipped my order 4661 of bj and the bear series and said it will take 3 to 6 weeks and i never received it and they just emailed me this: I just spoke with our customs broker. They have cleared your

Package and its now with your local carrier. It should be there within a week.

We were billed almost $18 for taxes and duties and you will not

Be charged anything when its delivered.
