I ordered the complete Bonanza series from this company. When it didn't arrive in 3 weeks I sent a letter to their support email. I was told that I was not allowing enough time. Their site clearly states 2-4 weeks. At 5 weeks I sent another email. They said they'd look into it. At 6 weeks another email at which time they promised to find out what happened. At 2 months I sent an email stating I wanted my money back at which time they sent back an email stating they had found it in the Customs dept (I could have sworn thay stated they were a Canadian company on their website), paid the $18 duty & I would receive it in 3-5 business days. So today two weeks later I go on ready to blast them & demand my money back & POOF! They're gone.
