Scam call on the 15th August telling me that I had errors on my computer & that they were calling on behalf of Microsoft.
After a very long conversation of me asking alot of questions as I was Suspicious, they managed to convince me in the end that I needed this software. They then took full control of my computer of which was scary & I had to pay 173.03 pounds, of which my Credit Card have since refunded & taken the dispute up with them. Although promised full information would be sent in the post I received nothing & had no contact whats so ever. After reading one of many forums regarding this Company, I now know them to be a complete Scam. Many other people are being targeted.
Please also note that my Computer has none of there software & if it did I would have removed it. My Computer does not work better as advised it would do, in fact I am unsure what they might have done & what files they may have viewed. Worrying!
