I had a cold call in fact I had several cold call but my wife recieved all but the last one. I took the call and the person on the other end sais they were calling on behalf of Microsoft telling me taht my computer woulf likely Crash with in a few days if i didn't do something quickly' that was why this expert would direct me so that he could correct the errors on my computer, HE TOOK CONTROL and a long scroll of errors was on my screen. After about an hour of asking me to do things he said if I liked he could get the rest done without my being in front of the machine. I needed to go out so I said alright. But before that he said that I would have to pay for the program that was going on my computer.
I chose the most expensive one my his insistance. I ended up with the Platinum service. He costwas £296.77P
