Guy called Ronnie Mathew called claiming calling on behalf of Microsoft.
They convinced me that they are from Microsoft and calling every registered Microsoft user as it is downloading lots of harmful files which is effecting my computer. Taking total control of my computer through remote control they convinced me that warranty on my computer has expired and I have to renew it.
I went ahead went ahead by their advice.
Later I found my key pad on my note book is locked.
Tried calling the number 02032392798 given by them received by an automated service saying person is not available leave a message and they will get back ASAP. No one called back.
Suspicious me called my bank cancelled all my cards, blocked my internet banking.
Hope no money goes from my account to the crooks.
