Miscellaneous

I was referred to mytechhelp.com by Sam's Club when I purchased my IIIS smartphone. I was told I had a 14-say trial period. I received the phone and before activating it called speak to Sam's Club and they referred me to mytechhelp.com to make sure my 14-days started when I received the phone. I was told the period was over the following day because it started the date I ordered the phone. I spoke with a guy who claimed to be the "floor supervisor" and, when I asked for his supervisor and the main corporate office number, I was sarcastically given the same number and old "The bus stops here." He had no idea I would search and learn that Mytechhelp is owned and owned by layers of scam-ish companies — ultimately it looks like in the U.K. They are a farse. I don't know if some of their staff are qualified... But look at job ads and you'll see what minimal requirements they openly state are needed — the job ads basically portray them as a subscription service to calm customers down... They'll do anything to keep a subscription and when you go to post a review on their site, they don't post it. Just a scam. It's something easy to make wholesale clubs and companies look like they are assisting customers and employees... Complete farse. I spoke with two nice guys what I called back to cancel my trial period only to learn the guy I spoke with earlier had done that for me on his own. Not a good choice.
