I set up an account with these guys thinking they were ATT Uverse tech support. I have tried to call ATT to cancel the service and they have no record of being with this company. I tried to call mytechhelp.com to cancel and they told me that I shouldnt because I needed it. They tried to refund me 30 then provide a 50 gift card if I kept the service. I told them no. I am now being told that they cant refund any money back to me because ATT set us up with them.
