I received three recurring charges for this company last year that I did not authorize. I have no idea who they are, and they didn't do anything for me. When I called to resolve the issue and ask for a refund, the woman who spoke to me was extremely rude and said she didn't care and that she wouldn't give my money back. She told me that even if I complained, it wouldn't take down the company. Terrible people. Never, ever use MyTechHelp.com. They're the worst.
