Poorest customer service ever! Ever!

I run a modest store on ebay and was looking to expand my product line above what my normal wholeseller had available. Using an internet search I found BAC. I placed a modest, but costly order with them. NFL beach towels, playing cards and other odd items. It was over $1000. Upon getting the boxes I inspected everything and noticed several od the towels had printing defects to severe to re-sell. I called their "customer Service" to ask about return or exchange and I got a 35 minute lecture about me (the customer) being stupid and dont know the first thing about "the business"! Well, I may not have been in business for 40 years as they say they are, but I do know that I would NEVER treated any customer the way they treated me. Obviously they done need my business! As a result I have boxed up the entire order and sent it back to them for full credit. BEWARE of this company. DO NOT order from them. They DO NOT take orders online or over the phone! They DO NOT take payment online or over the phone! They make unapproved substitutions and will hold back orders open indefinitely. Once ordered, they will not cancel any item.
