$10 Gift with $50 or more purchase bad for customers and business. I made a purchase of $200 online. Thought I would get a gift card for every $50 purchase. Received email confirmming order tried to contact LL BEAN got cut off on Live Chat twice. Called Customer Service could not change to smaller order so I could take full advantage of 4 gift cards. Would not cancel order so I could resubmit as smaller orders. Email from them is below. Would it not be cheaper for company to have one big order than several small orders? Also less headache and paperwork for both customer and company. Do you really want my order returned and lose a customer? Please rebuild my confidence in LL Bean
