I ordered a free trial Spanish Language Program. I was satisfied with the material, however, I have been charged $64 a month which I paid. When I checked my bank statements I found out that they deducted double payments in July and September. I called and cancelled my course with Pimsler and stopped the second payment. Pimsler informed me that I will have to pay another payment in Oct! I believe there must be a law preventing this type of scam.
