I applied and received a credit card from credit one bank and with that I also applied for credit protection in the event that I stop working well I lost my job I called in April to have my credit protection activated the first time it was not done I called again to have it done the said it was activated and i will receive something in the mail never received anything now am getting phone calls from collections they tell me that I was no longer enrolled in credit protection I ask why no one can tell me why we will have someone call you no one called me they have no record of me ever calling can you say scam the only reason I found out because I have been turn over to collections
