I am experiencing SEVERALD droped calls from my verizon blackberry... Upon calling "611" also dropped several times while speacking with tech support call was dropped again. I again called 611 speaking with the most arragaing man "John" who was so very condisending, basicly oh well, asking me not to be so hostil, (I did drop the "F" word) out of frustration, because I was on the road, I did tell him I hope his wife, mother, or daughter never had to go thru this... Maybe he would have a little more compation... I want my phone to not drop calls... Nancy Long (Personal Information Removed)... Because of this treatment I will be looking in to another carrier!
