Long story short - bought a pair of shoes, literally falling apart after a few weeks. Sent pictures, their customer service couldn't care about their customers less. Would not allow a return, a credit, nothing. Never had such poor customer service for obviously flawed product. Will never shop there again. Wish I had read the reviews first: (
