I signed an agreement and paid $250 to Joe Planz for employment which he guaranteed to trust him to place me. He has stall and lead me on to believe that he was going to place me on and on and guaranteed no later than 9/1. After weeks of stalling me he tried to convince me to take a position earning $9 until he is able to place me but I opted out of the position because it wouldn't be cost effective traveling from Staten Iland to Qeens. I am in desparate need of a job and my wife is working overtime and doubles to make ends meet. I have requested for a refund and he has declined and has not complied with the agreement to place me in a job position.
