We orders and were charged for the wrong items, that were shipped 90 days after the order with no PO #. Numerous phone calls and e-mails were sent about delays in our order, and to receive the PO#. We requesting a refund for the huge delay we were told they would not refund our money. The products we received was the wrong order. We have emails with the request and, and no PO from them till after receiving the items, and were told if we wanted our original order is was $1100 more and 5 weeks wait.
