They Took My Money Never Delivered My Order Won't Refund My Money And Won't Answer My Emails ripoff

I placed an order of $58.45 on 10/19/06. I emailed them concerning the status of my order on 11/7/06. They answered on 11/10/06 said it would be shipped in 4-7 days. My debit card was charged on 11/13/06.

I emailed again when I hadn't received it by 12/3/06. There was no answer by 12/12/06 so I emailed again, less than an hour later I received this answer:

Hi XXX. I am so sorry for the delay. All items should be available for shipping within the next week. I am also going to refund your credit card 25% of your purchase price once the order ships for the delay.

Again on 1/12/07,1/31/07,4/3/07 and 4/23/07 i have emailed them about not receiving my order and there has been no answer to any of those emails.

They have had my money for the past 10 months and I have yet to receive my order or a refund.
