I ordered the pack it lunch bags with the "free" drink bottle and food storage containers. When I received the shipment, it was doubled... 4 bags and 2 sets of containers.
Then, today I sent my daughter to school with one of the bags and one drink bottle for the first time. During her snack time she dropped the drink bottle and it broke, cracking in several places as if the plastic was brittle.
When I called customer service at Pack It, I was told they would refund me $2.99 for each set containers as long as I sent them back! I asked if the company would send me a mailing label for the shipping cost and was told I would have to PAY to return the items!
I pointed out to the rep on the phone that it would cost more for me to send the items back then they were offering to refund me. She told me that is the companies policy and she had no power to do anything else.
WHAT A RIP OFF! I will never buy from this company again and will tell everyone who asks me, not to do so either!
This company should be investigated by the BBB!
