I clicked on a link stating "receive a free bottle" if you just pay shipping and handling. I received the bottle, did not open it, and then other charges started appearing on my credit account.instead of paying the initial $3.87 shipping and handling I was also changed $1.49 "internet fee" and 87.13 for the bottle. When I called the company asking for a refund I was told that I would be charged $87.13 every month unless I unsubscribed, and they had to send me an e-mail to do so. I would not be able to unsubscribe without a supervisor's name and log in information.

I was also told that I could receive a $20 coupon on other products, or a $45.00 refund if I return the bottle of coloblast at MY EXPENSE. When I asked for information on how to file a complaint with the company she told me to contact my bank. I used a Visa card so hopefully will be able to receive some kind of refund. So far this FREE BOTTLE has cost $92.49.

The website misrepresented their product, charged fees that I did not knowingly authorize, and stole almost $100 from my account. Customer service reps refused to discuss refunds, but continually tried to sell me other products in addition to this one.
