I ordered GreenBags by phone taking advantage of "free" double offer. (20 bags instead of 10) They charged me $35.52n my charge bill instead of 2x$9.95 S&H of 6.95. I called and asked for refund. They agreed. Being an honest person, I took their 20 bags to the PO and paid $3.17 to return them (this included a receipt to show bags were received). On my next charge, they credited me $20.91. I called their CSR # and spoke to someone who told me that the difference of $14.61 was for shipping.

My objections did no good when I asked how come they doubled the fee for S&H, they said it is their policy, even though it does not state that on their web site, or on the TV. I feel the FCC could get involved with this because of shady information regarding the cost of S&H. Plus... I was stupid enough to send back the bags which cost of $3.17.
