Purchased Microsoft Office 2010 Home Office and tried to download. Ran into an issue on step 1. Called for assitance and directed to chat and phone line then goes dead. There is no one to speak to. Chat was no help. This is my first try at purchasing sw to download over the internet AND MY LAST. Better to go get physical media at the local store and actually have the SW to download. Wasted $70 and lesson learned. I'm off to Best Buy to actually get the SW. I wouldn't buy anything from this site.
