Bought a MS Office 2010 and it would not download. I called customer support, no answer. Was told to use chat option. Spoke to 1 who said to uninstall my current office version and retry. 2nd attempt also went bust after 4.5 hours wait for download. Result? Stalled and could not try again. Contacted again via chat and was told no refund even though I can't even see it in my system programs. Crazy. Do not let them access you remotely either. I guarantee it's a scam.
