I purchsed microsoft 2010 from them last night and they have supposedly sent me the actvation key - However I have not been able to get to the downloading site given as www.bestsoftwaresupport.net to login and download. So I logged into the completesoftwaresupport site and was chatting with someone supposedly named Harmon who was being very vague about the fact that I had already told him that I had the key nd asked him him to supply me with a hypelink to the download site he appeared ignore this and he then advised me to check my email containing the actvation key and when I questiond him as to why he advised me that it was to check for the activation key and then when I said to him again that I already have the activation key I was thrown out of that site and the chat
