I ordered a tank and matching cami from Delia's online on 7/7 for $20 plus $6 shipping. The cami was shipped, but the tank was on backorder. I was not aware of the backorder. I would not have made the purchase. They said the tank would ship 7/23. On 8/2, I called. They said it would ship 8/7. I called again 8/11. Now the ship date was 8/15. I called 8/18, and they said it would ship 8/24. I put in an online complaint, and they said it would ship 8/31. I emailed again on 9/4. They won't even commit to a date now. I've requested a full refund of the $16, and I'll return the cami.
We'll see. Their customer service, especially one named Megan, is very rude. She told me this isn't their problem, it's mine since I've already paid on my credit card.
