Order mess up

My name is Jennifer Trinidad order numb 698298, I ordered the new body shaper and both the black an nude cami and only recieved the black cami and the body shaper. I was charged for all three. I recieved it on Thursday Dec 2nd and ive been calling the customer service number and kept being put on hold for longer than 20 mins each time. Ive also tried to leave a message and when i pick the option it wont allow me to it just hangs up. Im very disappointed and i want the money back for the cami i did not recieve.
