I am so disturbed about how TWC is my customer complaint. I can t even get connected to the right department. I have calles customer service for the last 3 weeks are more. I have talked on the chat line (horrible experience). I asked for an escalation dept number but only got the general cust srv #. Please help. I have faxed information to TWC twice. I have spoken to numerous reps. Yet TWC did what they said they were not going to do and havent done what they claim they are going to do. Meanwhile my bank account remains in jeopardy.
