Terrible Service and Product

I have multiple issues with the service at 2 stores and the product being inferior. Please see my review on usacomplaints.com. If I could put a picture on this page I would be able to show you the product defects. It is that the lenses are made from very soft material. The service at both stores was horrable. There was a total lack of professionalism. Both by the clerks and physician.
