Poor service

The dr. On site is very good—the eyeglass section is the worst i have ever seen&people who know nothing about how to measure for new lenses and having to wait for two to three weeks for the product to come in.-i will be informing my ins.Co. Of this poor service to see if they can drop lenscrafters from their coverage - i will no be dealing with lenscrafters ever again—will deal with the dr.
