Fha - Hud
Fha/hud will not help or stop people from getting ripped off!

I bought a house on 4-1-02 for a $150,000.00 and it needs $200,000.00 in repairs to meet fha/hud minimum living standards. According to huds own handbook 4150.2 my house should of never closed and me and my family should not be living this nightmare. Wrote several letters to hud asking for help and a field reveiw of the appaiser but was told because i live in the north country that their are no field reprsentatives in my area and they will not send anybody up here to help us. They wont even inforce their own laws that are in place to prosute a appaiser who willingly and knownly lies and falsify information on U.S. Department of housing and urban development vc appraisal reports. All they are willing to do is to treat me and my family like we did something wrong.

We even contacted all state and federal agengies for help and they said if hud cant do anything we cant either so we are stuck with a house that should be tore down. I have wrote a letter to the white house asking for help for me and my family and try to stop this from happening to anybody esle again as of yet have not recevied a response. Everyone who has been ripped off because hud will not inforce their own laws should get together and let are voice be heard their is power in numbers so the good old boys at hud can here us all i am tried of being told to hire a lawyer. I went fha/hud insured loan because i do not have alot of money.

Now my whole life savings went to a lawyer and i am having a hard time gettting more money together for him to keep going on this case it looks like the american dream of buying a home that fha/hud says met their stanards is going to sent me into bankruptcy court and lose my home bcause i just cant afford to fix my home.

I thank you and all the people who got screwed thank you too that have fha/hud insured homes for having such high stanards to protect the people and most of all i am sure the appairers love you for not sending them to jail so they can contuine to lie and falsify vc forms keep up the good work.
